Recent graduate needing advice

Hi everyone I am a may 2013 graduate from a target working at a well known firm in their back office/ops job. This would be a perfect job if i wanted to just coast through life but I want to move to trading or at least some front office analytic role. I want a challenge and I want to do something of some importance.

I did everything wrong in college. I did not do extracurricular activities, I have no relevant work experience and I didn't network because I didn''t know what I wanted to do with my life. I don't have as much financial knowledge as I probably should, but I was a math major so I'm looking at those online math in finance materials to read.

I don't necessarily need to work for those top firms in trading, just a solid firm that provide well for me. I think I'll have to look at prop trading and if I could make the move to the big firms then great.

Basically, what should I do? The firm can sponsor me for a Series 7, but doesn't cover enough of tuition to get an MBA or something like that. How can I make the move into trading? Serious responses only please. Thanks
