Rejected for "being too driven"?

Background: MSc student at a target European university, studying finance (BSc in finance as well), Europe based (Continental Europe, don't speak native language). Hey all, Just got a call from a PE fund that I was rejected for the PE investment support internship. The call started with "I have great feedback for you", but after going through it, I was informed that they will be moving forward with another student.  I asked what I could have improved, but they told me that everything was great, I think logically, have good technicals and willingness to learn (literally didn't mention anything negative about me, despite 2 specific questions about it), but I am "too driven and would quickly get bored" when doing the job. What? Kinda at the crossroads here, not sure what I can improve further. Also, kinda looped in "I need to get an internship, but in order to get an internship, you need to have an internship" type problem. This was my opportunity to break out of it. What does the feedback mean? What can I really improve? How do I get a chance to go at it?  Any tips and tricks appreciated, really clueless here. Thanks!
