Rerecruiting Within Your Firm
Subject says it all, I'm an incoming SA (2023) and I really like the firm that I'm at but my group sucks. It gets no deal flow, not looking to stay in it (MM). Obviously I'll try to get the return and perform the best I can, but I'm wondering what the professional way of going about this is? Do I go through HR when the time's right? When exactly should I do it? Should I start networking with people in other groups right now itself? Would like some advice from within the industry.. Thanks!

Fingers crossed that one of those helps you.
Bump. Also interested, particularly when it comes to moving offices after SA.
