Risk Mgmt vs F500 Financial Analysis? (6 month internship)

I'm an undergraduate finance student at a non-target top 100 school and I think I'm probably picking between two positions for my summer internship. Both are paid fairly similarly, and after I consider sign on bonuses, parking costs and tolls, the pay difference is $800 for a 6 month internship. Both sound pretty interesting, but I'm wondering which you would pick, given the choice. I'm hoping to get into some sort of more interesting finance career (M&A, PubFin, AM), but I'm not very interested in being a quant or a trader.

Risk Mgmt is at a utility/energy company. I would be working with credit risk analysis, doing market research to assist with pricing, as well as doing some internal reconciliation and reporting.

Financial Analysis is at a F500 company, would be helping with forecasting, manufacturing cost analysis, variance analysis, as well as some internal reporting.

Previously I've worked in A/P, Compliance, RE Investment/development/management, but I was younger so I wasn't doing anything super finance-related.

Anyways, which of these would you pick!? Any and all feedback is much appreciated. I know that going from a non-target to M&A or AM would be difficult, but my hope is that I can leverage the experience that I get from one of these to get a more prestigious internship for my final 6 month internship (will take place in about a year). Hopefully, I can find an internship for the final round that's in PWM, Equity Analysis, IB, AM, etc, and then get a FT offer from one of those.
