Roast my experience and help me standout.

Hey guys, I would appreciate if anyone can give me some feedback and tips what I can improved for the upcoming year based on my experiences so far and the chances break-in IB Colombia, Spain,HK,London or Netherlands. Currently I’m in my final year bachelor program out of 3 year program at RSM Erasmus, with first class honors. Should I do my master in finance in RSM,HEC or LBS. Will be starting my off cycle internship at big 4 audit soon. Have previously worked 5 years in supply chain international trade in FMCG and 4 years in commercial real estate investment. I’m planning to get an other internship after my big 4 audit, trying to aim for the big banks in the Netherlands, m&a boutique in case I don’t get accept should I try to aim for ST? Furthermore, I speak the local languages on C1+ level all the above mentioned counties for IB. In total I speak 6 languages on c1+, not sure if this got any added value. Aside from that I’m doing my cfa level 1 November, reading IB book and following the news on WSJ for the past 5 years. The ultimate goal is GS IB Please provide me with some tips & tricks, opinions how I can improve and higher up my chances for IB. Thank in advance!!
