Seeking a distressed debt analyst position

If you are hiring or know someone who is (or maybe you are a headhunter) please PM me and I can provide CV/details and a credit analysis work sample/model. Geography is flexible for the right role.

Goal is to land a value/fundamentals based analyst role on the buyside, preferably with a credit/distressed focus.

Profile:
- Finished investment banking analyst program with a top restructuring boutique (one of Moelis, Houlihan, Evercore, Rothschild) - top reviews, offered direct Associate promotion, left on good terms

- Interned 4 months with a $5bn+ distressed credit HF (they were not hiring at the time but great experience builder)

- Can research investment opportunities to a high level of conviction - genuinely enjoys the research and modeling process and calling on random people to get answers

- Industry experience in oil/gas, power, corrugated/forest products, media, restaurants, insurance products

- Masters degree from a top university (non-MBA, but quant/economics related), undergrad in finance from good state university

- 700+ GMAT, completed CFA Level I. Inactive FINRA Series 7 and 63.

- Down to earth guy, hard worker, well-rounded (musician), always hungry to learn, wants to be a great investor someday

Thanks in advance!

Yea the girlfriend part goes against you. Distressed funds want someone who has no life outside of work. So unless you break up with your gf you won't get anything. No, but seriously you have good credentials, so I suggest looking on the job postings here instead of posting on the boards,
