Seeking Headhunter, how to find one?
I'm planning to rotate into a new finance role, specifically in real estate, by January. The job market is tough right now, with very few openings unless you're networking or cold-calling. To save time, I want to work with a headhunter but haven’t found the right ones yet. I'm aiming for an analyst position with smaller, niche companies across Europe. I’ve got 1.5 years of analyst experience in that field and studies reltad, but with my current job, I don’t have the time to apply to hundreds of positions.
Do you have any recommendations for finding a good headhunter to make this process more efficient?
