Seeking Headhunter, how to find one? (Europe)

I'm planning to rotate into a new finance role, specifically in real estate, by January. The job market is tough right now, with very few openings unless you're networking or cold-calling. To save time, I want to work with a headhunter but haven’t found the right ones yet. I'm aiming for a Real estate private equity analyst position across Europe. I’ve got 1.5 years of analyst experience in that field and studies reltad, but with my current job, I don’t have that much time to apply to hundreds of positions at the moment.

Do you have any recommendations for finding a good headhunter (in europe) to make this process more efficient?

Thanks
