Should I get a new job?

I've been working as a Financial Analyst for 13 months after graduating college. Job is great. Good culture, pay is enough to make me happy, and doing work that fulfills me.

Financial Analysts get promoted between 8 to 12 months. I haven't gotten promoted for some reasons... I'm kind of a lone wolf and been burned a couple of times for technical mistakes and doing a lot of things on my own without getting the right people involved. Maybe I fix those issues and I get promoted for all if the other good things I've done at work. If not, as someone trying to get an MBA down the road and want to show career progression on my resume, should I:

A.) Leave my company and get a fresh start at a new company, if so when should I leave

B.) Stay with the company and risk getting fired if I still don't get promoted, which isn't a label that sounds good when I'm looking for a new or MBA
