Sourcing at UMM PE vs Corp Dev and Strategy at MM Portco

Currently a senior trying to decide between two offers. One is at a portco of a MM buyout fund (got connected through the PE firm, so would be working directly with them a lot with a potential opportunity to join them as an associate), the other is doing sourcing at a UMM fund. I'm thinking the sourcing one could lead to some good opportunities in growth equity, but the portco opportunity feels like it might be more interesting. Not sure how the portco opportunity would set me up going forward though given it's still a growing fund and I would be taking an untraditional path. They are in the same location so location isn't an issue.

Would really appreciate any input/advice, thanks!
