Those of you who struck out and didn't get an offer after recruiting, what happened after?

Currently dooming about being offerless at the end of recruiting. Those of you that ended up in a similar boat in previous recruiting cycles, what happened after? What were your gpa/schools? If you did re-recruit, were you able to land somewhere? Or did you just completely pivot to a different career.

Honestly I know how stressful this shit can be, believe me, but try not to be too outcome focused and really focus on preparing well and be present for each round of interviews without thinking about an offer. Be genuinely interested and sharp on techs.

Personally, I was late to the IB process and wasn’t able to break in on the time line I wanted. Instead I set up an internship for CB and another SF role during the semester. Re worked technicals and now focusing on FT and really building relationships with semi-small city MM Banks. It’s okay to not meet the traditional timeline that all the assholes say you need to meet or else. Focus on what you can control, trust the process, and work hard. Always have options to do post grad internship or MSF. Good luck!
