Too late for IB internship?

Junior finance major at non-target. I have a VC internship at a small local VC firm under my belt and am looking for another item to add to my resume. Have a few other things like some class projects, clubs, and a leadership role in my fraternity, but nothing too crazy.

Is it too late to begin networking with boutique IB firms (local or not) in hopes of landing an internship?

I’m from Northwestern US so there aren’t a ton of local options like in the East coast or even California.
