UBS GTP Structure

Hey all!

Been wondering about the structure of the GTP at UBS because I haven’t found any detailed explanation of them. I see they are usually 18 months long and you are supposed to rotate to other departments.

Could anyone who’s been in one or knows about them tell me more details?

How much time is spent in the “Homebase”? How long do you rotate for? To how many departments? Do you receive some kind of schedule of when you are supposed to rotate?

Thank you very much in advance!!
