Hi everybody. I'm curious if anybody has had success using diversity programs for full time recruiting. I understand the majority of programs are pointed to summer analyst roles, but having missed that window I'm hoping somebody could shed light on if it is possible to attend any of said programs as a junior hoping to recruit for FT.
