What makes you want to work with a Headhunter?
Recruiters often get a bad rap as and are seen as uneducated and undesirable salesmen. I work with MM boutiques on the agency side and want to hear your opinion on what makes a call with a recruiter worth your time?
For context and to address some initial concerns:
- I only work with clients that I truly believe could add some benefit to the employee (W/L, Pay, Location, etc.)
- I have academic background in Economics and can speak the language
Just seems like people are afraid to talk because they think that all recruiters will use and abuse you, so what makes one stand apart?
