What questions do you ask MDs during superdays?
Superday coming up for a 2024 full-time investment banking analyst role out of undergrad. Interviews are mostly with MDs and other senior members of the group.
What types of questions should I be asking them at the end of each interview?
Stalk them on LinkedIn and ask career-related questions to look for personal connections?
Ask questions about their industry (no prior knowledge aside from what I've read on their website)?
Something else?
In other words, I suppose, what are MDs/other seniors looking for when they interview prospective analysts?
They will be interested in how much you will tip them out of your bonus so best to ask what the expected range is in terms of %
I typically tip 75% btw
Don't be subtle about asking either. Just be forthright and ask what % they expect from A1's.
