What’s a good job for a charterholder with minimal relevant experience?

Are there any asset classes or fields within finance that are eager for talent?

I am looking to change careers. I have a CFA charter, a CPA license, and a masters in accountancy. My experience doesn’t line up with any of the job descriptions that I’ve seen online.

I am currently making $82,000, and I get a 3% pay increase each year. I’d be willing to take a small pay cut if I could have serious opportunities for growth.

I am willing to work toward the CAIA, CFP, or a similar certification. I am not willing to get another master's degree. I am good at standardized tests, but probably not good enough to become an actuary

I don’t have any serious coding experience, but I’ve played around a little with Python, Javascript, and R. I would be willing to take a coding class if it would help.

I don’t have any preferences about asset classes or industries. What kind of jobs should I be seeking?
