When to stop interviewing?

Hi all,

I am a 2013 graduate who recently accepted an offer to join a 2014 analyst class at a major asset manager (top choice). It will be a while before the position starts, and bg check and Visa procedures are not yet completed (no reason to think I would not pass them.. I think).

Given this situation, should I continue to interview.. just in case the offer gets pulled for some reason? I am just worried that a few months of unemployment would look bad on my CV in that case. On the other hand, I would like to travel and slack off in general before work starts.

What would you advise me to do in this situation?

So you graduated 8 months ago and won't begin working for another 5-6 months? What exactly happened there to create such a huge gap? Either way, there's nothing wrong with keeping alternative options open before you begin working. I'd be careful about mentioning you have a FT offer at whatever the place is, you never know if people interviewing you know people there. I'd have to imagine they'd question why you're already shopping other offers after receiving one and accepting it but I may be wrong.
