Which offer, RBS or FSA?

I'm wondering which internship is better for me - RBS Risk or Financial Services Aurothity (FSA) in the Risk or Supervisory unit. I can't be more specific, as the exact divisions are not yet confirmed. Both are in London. I'm considering working in risk at the moment, but i might do a finance masters after my degree and look at something else.

Obviously RBS is 83% state owned and people on this site seem to think it's a last resort. They refer to talent leaving the bank in droves and uncertainty over pay and bonuses.

The FSA internship is in the main office in Canary Wharf. I imagine it would be quite valuable elsewhere to have worked closely with something like Solvency II. But what with the disbanding/restructuring of the FSA, I'm not sure if this affects the chances of being offered a graduate position after the internship?

I'm wondering which is more prestigious in the finance world? Which is a more valuable experience? Which has better career prospects for the future if I am offered to stay on?

Any input would be much appreciated.. :-)

Nothing at all is wrong with RBS, infact I really like the environment I'd be working in. I was just wondering which option is looked upon as better in The City.
