I see way too much contentment on this forum. People who are happy, finding meaning, and balancing work and life.
Just because you make more and have better lifestyle potential than 99.99% of humans in world history, doesn’t mean you should rest on your laurels and be happy. Misery and discontentment is the only way to extract every ounce of shareholder value from your corpse.

Sit your Pollyanna, gratitude-having ass back down- there are kids in the middle east with their own jets and you're grateful to have $1M/year and modest carry? The egalitarianism on this board makes me sick.
