Anyone looking for a roommate Sep 1?

Moving to NYC in August, will probably sublet first month and looking to get into something 1st of September. Can probably sublet an additional month if conditions are right, so a Oct 1 move in may work.

Looking for anywhere in Manhattan 2bed 2bath. max 2700/mo per person.

About me: 26, male, chill, clean and nonsmoker. Work in banking.

If interested, I will PM
