what about lower PE firms - e.g. blackstone, TPG, etc. how much easier than KKR?
and thoughts on more average middle-market PE players like hellman&friedman, silver lake, warburg pincus -- easier for undergrad to get in those?

silver lake doesn't hire interns I am 99% sure.
as a UGRAD an internship at those is going to be very hard... BX PE takes SA's but that's harder than GS/MS and I doubt you'd get it as a soph
