ESFJ, ISTP, or IDGAF?

Once you progress past the point of taking Buzzfeed quizzes to determine who you are, you've probably sat down and taken the Myers-Briggs personality test. If you haven't, I highly recommend you do (click here to take it: https://www.16personalities.com/free-personality-…)

When I took the quiz I got ESFJ or "the consul" as my personality. ESFJ's are supposedly good at reading people, and have a need to foster good relationships with people, which I personally consider my assets in the business world.

So out of curiosity, what personality type do you have and do you accredit your personality to your success/lack of success in the business world? Is there a specific personality that you believe is better equipped for the banking world?

ENFP; "Repetition, predictability, boredom… while some Sentinel types may appreciate predictability and clear hierarchies, these are not selling points for ENFPs. People with the ENFP personality type need to feel like they’re pushing boundaries and exploring ideas, and should focus on interests and careers that encourage that." I can strongly relate to this and a lack of the second half is sort of why i've been feeling disillusioned at work( Quant analyst at BB). "It may come to pass though, that the best way forward for ENFP personalities is to establish themselves as entrepreneurs and consultants, blazing their own trails and taking on whatever project is most fascinating. " not exactly sure if consulting would be a better fit
