- Dont be worried about criticism of others, especially those you wouldnt take advice from. Most are envious of the courage you possess at some level, those that try to pull you down only do so if they worry about you being above them, never below

Thank you Isaiah. It’s probably my favorite bc it helps keep me humble and focused on internal goals. Instead of comparing myself to someone who is better at a particular aspect of life compared to myself, I am reminded to make sure that I am just improving on my past self and continue to work hard and enjoy my life.

Don't get caught up in feeling yourself too much when you're on a high or you could get an ego or overextend and set yourself up for a downswing. Don't get too defeated or depressed when feeling down- remain optimistic, remember all the good things going for you and that bad times are temporary. Better to aim for a zen-like state of steady contentedness than having huge swings from happy to sad, you'll be happier overall and avoid making bad decisions on emotion or impulse, and you won't be a cocky asshole.

I think you have described the opposite of Christianity. If someone treats us well, it is easy to treat them well. What being a Christian means is to treat well those who do not treat you well. To make a generalized assumption like this is largely incorrect. Just because most of the world behaves in a certain way does not mean everyone behaves that way.
