Galaxy Book Odyssey

I am currently looking for a laptop to use for university, rocket league, run 1-2 monitors, and to practice excel / powerpoint for IB. I found this laptop, specs are listed below. My price range is $1k to $2k max. This laptop is $1,400 so I thought it was pretty good. Does anyone have any thoughts on better laptops or any drawbacks of this one?
