Harassment in the Workplace. What to Do?

Hi all, thought I would come to the forums for this sticky situation. Started a few years ago as an analyst at an MM (think Miller Buckfire/Leerink/Natixis). My senior bankers have been slightly abusive about my eating habits and have started making me order clam chowder from the local corner store instead of my usual fast food order for dinner. I hate the consistency of clam chowder and it doesn't do too well on my stomach. I've been blowing up the bathrooms consistently on the wealth management floor a few hours after eating. How do I politely ask my seniors if I can stop eating clam chowder while still keeping my job? I've been able to get a lot of great modeling experience although I haven't seen any live deals for the 18+ months I've been on the desk. Would greatly appreciate some advice.

Sounds like Natixis or Miller Buckfire... Clam chowder will really take it out of you, would recommend sandwiching the chowder with a pre and post pepto bismol. That is until you grow the plums to tell your senior bankers to fuck off and order yourself a club sandwich like a real man. Good luck

Has a similar experience during my days as an analyst on the sell side at a similar top MM firm. Would highly recommend asking for oyster crackers on the side - makes all the difference. Once you get some live deal experience you'll be able to push back against your seniors. Stay strong.

I'm not in your office but can you also get a clam chowder for me? Thx

What ever happened to that guy? Can't believe he was opposed to being part of the crew.
