couldn't hit a shot if his life depended on it

he COULD, but he just won't feel like it...

IMO at this point he got 2 options:

1. Get traded to a team where the other starting 4 are all high clip 45% 3pt shooters, or;

2. just fucking shoot the ball sometimes

I think he needs a team where he's either the focal point or can operate in the paint freely, similar to Giannis's role. He's not going to get either of those with Philly as long as Embiid is there. Another role would be what Draymond was/is for the Warriors initiating the offense and allowing the shooters to come off screens. Question now is whether there are teams that can do that or are willing to trade for Simmons after his terrible playoffs.

I think that’s the closest to an ideal situation for Ben other than Milwaukee or Golden State. I don’t think Philly makes that trade straight up though despite Ben’s terrible playoffs. I know the narrative right now is that he sucks but he is a much more valuable player than CJ. CJ is a better fit play style wise with Embiid but I don’t think he is the creator that Philly needs.

could happen depending on how many extra picks neil olshey is willing to pony up...although daryl morey could again swing for the fences like he always does

He is a better passer and more versatile defender. Better overall I’m not so sure. One thing Giannis has over him is you know he’s going to play his ass off. Giannis does have a much better team built around him tho so who knows

*better talent than Giannis. I think Ben has been a better defender these past two seasons even with Giannis getting DPOY in 2020, but until Ben grows some balls on the offensive end Giannis blows him out of the water. Even with great defense and passing, a guy who struggles to score 15 points and has never reached the conference finals despite having a talented team cannot touch a 2-time MVP.

I’m a fun guy. Obviously I love the game of basketball. I mean there’s more questions you have to ask me in order for me to tell you about myself. I'm not just gonna give you a whole spill... I mean, I don't even know where you're sitting at

Uncle Drew

This exactly - he is a better Giannis IMO. 1-5 defense and much better passer with same scoring ability.

Better Giannis? Lmfao.

You all do not watch basketball.

this guy is a bonafide p*ssy. If I was anything close to his height I would be doing 360 slam dunks allover Giannis. He is soft as baby shit.

Cut it out bruh, you'd just be a desk jockey that's taller than most.
