How do you not get burnt out after 2 years of work

I'm thinking of finance jobs [HF, prop shops, IB] where I suppose the day to day routines are very similar (even though the specific transactions/markets look different from time to time). How do you not get bored of doing the same work everyday (structurally speaking) ? Like for IB working on excel models and powerpoints all day or for HF just doing research and coming up with investment theses? It sounds fun for 2 years but beyond that doesn't it get tiring?

I don’t think ‘bored’ is the right word here.
