How have the long hours and stress affected your physical appearance?

I'm entering my analyst years, and this is kind of a shallow thing to be worried about but I'm curious. I imagine the constant stress and 80+ hour work weeks with little sleep and little time for exercise/ self care could affect your physical appearance. Obviously it can make your body flabby but what about your face? Have you developed eye bags, permanent dark rings, extra wrinkles? Balding? Will I have to go from youthful glow to looking like a zombie to someday make VP?

Taking the other side, there's probably almost no actual science that long hours will affect your facial appearance which is genetic. Sure the stress and lack of sleep can mess with your brain chemistry, but probably not going to literally change your bone/face structure and make you ugly. I've seen plenty of career bankers that still look good.

Which side do you fall on here? Have you noticed any changes?
