Rent fluctuates greatly depending not just on area, but the actual building itself.

8k is rough for a two bedroom, but I just got two applications this weekend.

I based the asking rent on what other similar apartments are currently rented for in my building. I think what allows me to ask for such a relatively high rent is the fact it is a newer building, white glove doorman and a very high floor. To be fair, most of my applicants are established professionals or DINKs, but in the pay I did rent to a junior banker who had a parent guarantor.

I have a 2bd/2ba in FiDi, luxury building, penultimate floor, 1300 sq ft. All brand new furnishings. Can have it furnished for only cost.

8k a month. Could flex the bedroom if too pricey.

I can’t PM you for some reason, but if that’s within your budget, message me.

$8?!?!? Even if I was looking  at my whole place it would only be $5 for the mortgage.  2BR, 1 BA Astoria, top (14th) floor views of the Hell's gate and 900SQFT.

I'm guesstimating a 7% mortgage.

The only difference between Asset Management and Investment Research is assets. I generally see somebody I know on TV on Bloomberg/CNBC etc. once or twice a week. This sounds cool, until I remind myself that I see somebody I know on ESPN five days a week.
