MD Mentor Christmas Gift Suggestions

Hello, I'm meeting a senior MD on christmas eve, and Im trying to get him a gift. This MD is a close mentor of mine and someone that I consider a true friend, he has been extremely influential in my development and I owe him a lot.

I dont know too much about what he enjoys (our conversations are normally very philosophical and career oriented), but some of the things that he has mentioned during conversations are marathon running, playing the piano, mentoring, volunteering, and spending time with his family.

Any suggestions on what I could get someone like him? I understand that this post is a little weird, but I always value the input of this forum.

I think a card & something like a nice pen/desk accessory would be a safe move. I'm not sure if there are useful piano accessories you could cop but that might be the move.
