DeSantis is the man.

Why did you get MS for this
Based. The closer we get the more I like the idea of DeSantis > Trump in a lot of ways. Trump had a purpose and got people to realize there was a severe problem within the Republican party (still is), now we need someone that can actually execute. Flip side though is having the Democrats in office makes it easier to secure Congress which I would argue is more important in the long-run.
Agree 100% - To add, Desantis is a much more polished and diplomatic politician. I believe he’s better at the helm in the executive branch of the federal government rather than congress or executive branch at the state level as he currently is.
Trump was a fantastic president, but I’d love Desantis for the next 8.
Ideally Trump from 2024-2028 and then DeSantis for the next 8 IMO
I’ll take desantis over biden or Kamala I suppose.. ideally would like someone who doesn’t pander to the culture war nonsense though
We need moderates. But the moderates are racists according to liberals, and Antifa supporters according to conservatives
He won by the 30k votes and thinks he’s the emperor of Florida. Keep in mind the dude he was running against was black gay and a methhead. Dude just plays the brain dead hicks for votes
Florida is a swing state with narrow margins and always has been. Bush only won on a few hundred votes (and some say he lost ).
XDDD "a black guy and a methhead" hahhahahahahha
Granted dude probably went on a meth binge to cope with the loss but yeah.If a guy that a ton of people would instantly have an objection to due to his race and sexuality imangine some boring white guy/girl
Dude gives two shits about the state of Florida and would rather shit on gay and black people.
You do nothing but post on political topics on this website - why are you here?
I comment on dumb shit I see, I look a threads that are relevant for advice. Really not that hard
I challenge you to provide a single example of either of these claims. If you link anything regarding the parental rights in education bill I'm just going to laugh at and mock you for being an idiot having clearly not read said bill.
I read the bill and it’s intentionally vague to steer educators from teaching people that gay people exist.
The math book ban for books that simply mention that prejudice for black and Hispanic people exist.
The classic “racist republicans!” line (without any substance of course).
Tell me you're "progressive", without telling me you're "progressive"
Even if you’re a conservatives you have to admit that desantis has been chasing ntional headline and culture war bullshit insttead of effective management of the state. Look at the Disney situation
Who would be a good VP for DeSantis? Nikki Haley?
I’d like to see Tulsi Gabbard
Nice
Tulsi for sure. That'd be so great to see.
Tulsi Gabbard has pretty much the same policies as Bernie except she also is a Putin boot licker.
Do modern conservatives even look up a politician’s views and policies anymore? Why would anyone with conservative views support her?
Dream team right there. An actual anti-war Democrat to balance out a populist Republican. I'd vote, die, then vote twice for that ticket.
WEF crony. Keep the Marxist far away from any elected office and hopefully in prison.
Useless Neocon with zero electoral appeal.
FL Lt. Governor Jeanette Nunez.
Things are clearly working in FL so why throw a bought out neocon into the mix? Just bring the whole team from FL up to DC instead.
Tulsi is far better than Haley. Only Dem I support. Heck, if Desantis and Tulsi ran against each other -- I honestly think I might go Blue for that election.
I can't go blue because I'm pro-life. Also, I believe in small government, republican economics, low taxes, and a strong military. The only blue topic I agree with is 420 legalization. So, it seems for the rest of my life I will vote republican.
Desantis would be great, i love this guy's policies and his offensive against the woke mob, although I think he lacks a bit of charisma.
I think Francis Suarez would be an awesome VP, level headed guy, good looking, also Cuban that would be great for the Hispanic vote.
Lol Francis Suarez aka the king of nepotism. Ngl I’d actually respect him more if he sold used cars at least then he’d make an honest living
Republicans who went to decent schools are either extreme grifters or delusional. No chance you go to an ivy, major in gov and go to law school and sanely believe in the bullshit the gop puts out
If you’re unable to consider and understand points from both sides of the aisle you’re the brainwashed one.

While I wouldn’t mind desantis, I really want someone more moderate to win the election. Someone who actually makes it a goal to try and bridge the gap between left and right. We can’t keep going this way as a country. A great compromiser and leader is needed. Sadly, I don’t think anyone like that will even get close to competing
What compromise? Liberals want all kids to be gay
By compromise, I mean we shouldn’t capitulate to the extremes of either side. We need a leader that won’t attack/blame the other side but works to move forward towards a better life for all Americans, a secure country in economy and military, and a less corruptible government
Lmao nothing but bad faith talking points ITT
Colonizers who came to pillage Africa and continue to squat there are not Africans. Even made more ironic is that Elon was born rich because his father actively participated in said pillaging of Africa via emerald mines.
Imagine hating the most successful African American ever. Small dick energy
1.) Some of you have a weird fascination with penises.
2.) I never said a word against Musk, he's just not African.
3.) Mansa Musa existed.
Another shitty corporatist candidate that will do absolutely nothing to address anything that'll have a material impact on the average American.
Just like Biden. Just like Trump.
Based and Musk-pilled

Just to ruffle as many people as possible because I'm feeling rowdy: DeSantis for Pres, and Paxton for VP.
