My VP Looks At Me Weird

I’m an1 at a BB (GS/MS/UBS)

My VP keeps coming to my desk and looking at my crouch area.

For context, I’m 6’4, very muscular build with big side delts and wide clavicles. My arms are also very muscular and I have a big penis.

Is this a good sign? Should I ask my VP out? Even though he has a wife but I think his behavior seems like he’s in the closet and have a thing for me (hard not to given my looks). Although I also don’t swing that way I think the bonus is worth it. How should I approach this situation?

Based on the most helpful WSO content, navigating workplace dynamics, especially those involving personal boundaries, requires a professional and cautious approach. Here are some key points to consider:

  1. Maintain Professionalism: Regardless of how you interpret your VP's behavior, it's crucial to keep all interactions professional. Avoid making assumptions about their intentions or personal life.

  2. Set Boundaries: If you feel uncomfortable with how your VP interacts with you, consider addressing it in a polite but firm manner. For example, you could redirect conversations to work-related topics or create physical space when needed.

  3. Avoid Personal Entanglements: Pursuing a personal relationship with a superior, especially in a professional setting like a BB (bulge bracket) bank, can lead to significant complications. It may affect your reputation, career progression, and workplace dynamics.

  4. Document Behavior: If the VP's actions make you uncomfortable or cross professional boundaries, document specific instances. This can be helpful if you need to escalate the matter to HR or a trusted senior colleague.

  5. Focus on Your Career Goals: While bonuses and career advancement are important, they should not come at the expense of your personal values or comfort. Prioritize building your skills, network, and reputation in the industry.

If the situation escalates or continues to make you uncomfortable, consider seeking advice from HR or a mentor within the firm. Always prioritize your well-being and professional integrity.

This is because you are an HTN -4 Chad. The VP (probably an LTN -3) feels mogged by your frame and your penis size. However - if you fully ascend to true Alpha Chadsworth HTN - 10 (add 20 more pounds of muscle, grown an extra inch, take meth, never masturbate, HIIT 21 times a week, 600g protein daily, and fix your canthal tilt) then your VP will ask YOU out.
