NASDAQ Internship?

Hey y'all basically got an opportunity to intern for NASDAQ, but not sure if I should take it. Already have an internship lined up for this summer in investment sales at a place in NYC, but could probably do this internship as well, could be a talking point on the resume and something that's a little different. Or should I just focus on RE?

It's in operations lol, going to be a 7-month internship but it's WFH and I can easily manage it with my other internship for this summer. Can maybe spin it and sell it as somewhat relevant experience, or if nothing else, just make a few extra bucks over the summer instead of working a retail job or something

It's not so much about learning RE, that's what my IS internship is for. I can manage both fairly easily for the summer. My reasoning here is it might be a talking point, something a little different from the two CRE internships I've already had. And like I told the poster above if nothing else I can make some extra money over the summer without having to work a retail job.
