One last time, guys: Happy New Year!
Midas: Cut a hole in the mask so you can fit a straw in it...that'll solve your problems.
You're not getting me on the suck'n'swallow plan unless you pick up the tab on my sex change first.
I thought we'd established a payment plan...?
love the new intro with the gunshots.
Eddie,
Great point on the national debt. Yeah... run away freight train my ass.... it's a run away train loaded with Nuclear Waste. I wouldn't want to be holding any sort of sovereign debt right now. I think the whole thing is pretty much a crap shoot. I'm not sure where I'd diversify, but I'm with you on diversifying your holdings in order to help prevent as much shock to wealth as possible.
Midas, BEST. SIMPSONS REFERENCE. EVAR!
I love it! You guys should have your own show. This is great. Good insight. Entertaining commentary. If I had any credits left, SB.
I don't know about anyone else, but I would be interested to hear Midas' and Eddie's thoughts on the shooting in Arizona from the past weekend. Maybe a topic for episode ten?
I'm almost afraid to dignify it with more press. We'll give it some thought. Thanks for the suggestion.
I'm really glad they aren't a public company. I'm sick and tired of public companies being valued on bs.
BTW 4 Hour Body is a great book.
props
I was thinking about the debt argument. Any of you guys has a concrete diversification plans? In terms of savings currencies perhaps?
Real estate is a great hedge against the inevitable inflation of heavy debt loads.
Great installment - love the series.
Gonna have to disagree with you on the value of facebook, though.
Great video. You guys should consider keeping all the videos on on person's youtube account so that you have a chance of becoming a youtube partner and can get more 'mainstream' visitors from there.
Eddie,
You need a new glass, your's is lookin a bit worn:

My kids would have that shit shattered in two days.
this segment is improving every week....good stuff.
The only thing more ridiculous then the price that Goldman paid for their facebook stake is the price that they are going to sell it to the investors that are "lucky" enough to be offered part of the company. This is a salesman's dream...buy it, mark it up by 25%, and sell it to some lucky high net worth suckers who are happy just to be able to talk about their facebook investment at a cocktail party.
