NYC FT Housing/Apartments

Hey,

Starting a thread for those who are starting FT in NYC this August. I am looking to live around West Village. Would be great to meet potential roommates!

Thanks!

I'm starting in early August as well, targeting July/August move in. I love west village so much but really haven't considered having a roommate and it's pretty expensive to get a 1br there alone.

I'd be comfortable for 1800-2400 range. Really not interested in much under that range because I feel like it will lack quality of life and obviously don't want to go above the range so that I can stay afloat.

I must have a quiet roommate or someone on a similar schedule to me however. Can you be honest about your sleep / tidiness / weekend habits?

Edit: budget per person, so we can get a 2br
