I'm equally outraged by the fact that Rovio's IPO is priced at $1-fucking-Billion.
This means Angry Birds is nearly twice as valuable as fucking Evercore (~$590M).

No, I've seen it, definitely frightening.
Only difference though is that at least Zynga has a robust(-ish) product line, what does Rovio have other than Angry Birds? Nothing that I'm aware of...
Also, it is my belief that Zynga can make a stronger move into mobile than Rovio can into social media/classic web.

Pure play advisory has an inherently unattractive and sticky compensation structure, not to mention that, from an investor's standpoint, financial services is pretty shitty right now.
Living Social just did a Reg D offering and fell on their face. Less than 50% subscribed. GRPN may have been the prick that burst the bubble. Pun intended.
