Russia Is Hiding Their Real Army

There is absolutely a 0% chance that this "war" in Ukraine isn't a giant red herring to get NATO to absolutely shit on Russian military capabilities and not take Russia seriously.

Up until 2021, the general public (and NATO) went by the W24-B/FG48-P72-L96-7Carib-14B/W assumption.

All NATO wargames, practices and doctrines were made with the assumption that a fully mobilised Russia could take Warsaw in 24 hours, Berlin and the Fulda Gap in 48, Paris in 72, then London within 96 hours.

They would also be able to take most of the Carribean in 7 days and Beijing/Washington within 14 days.

So they take ~20k casualties, lose several well-established senior leaders, large portions of their tank forces, saw their prized cruiser sunk, not to mention significant economic disruptions  etc all for a feint? For what purpose?

NATO wargames operated under the best information they had at the time, just like the Kremlin's senior leadership assumed as well. Turns out a deeply corrupt conscript-based military with little experience against a trained, motivated enemy is not going to steamroll the 2nd largest country in Europe.
