See-through white/light blue shirt = cheap material or normal?
What brand shirts do you recommend that do not expose the undershirt? My white and light blue shirts are all thin (or cheap) enough to where you can easily see the undershirt. This was never a problem during interview season since I'd always have a jacket on, but I'm wondering if this will be an issue once I start working or if I'm worrying about something that no one will care about or notice.
Yeah stop wearing Express button downs to work. Do a search on shirts- there are plenty of threads (no pun intended). Charles Tyrwhitt is the way to go.

Thanks for the Charles Tyrwhitt recommendation. Checked out their website. 4 shirts for £100 isn't bad at all, but talk about outdated exchange rates when that = 4 shirts for $199 when you click on the US flag to change the currency.

Dont buy suits from Gilt, that comes from the CEO himself. There's also a guy that sells luxury shirts on Ebay that was featured in the WSJ called the Wizard of Ahhhs or something like that.
Frankly, though, I'd buy shirts at a brick and mortar, that way you 100% know what you're getting.
I've noticed my Brooks Brothers shirts are somewhat see-through, and they are supposedly of decent quality. I don't think this trait always means "cheap material", but it is a quality I'd rather avoid.
I have done a copious amount of digging through the entire forum regarding SA's wardrobe, CT shirts, and their cuffs. I am trying to avoid cuff links as an SA because I don't want to come off as a cocky toolbag, but I am a big fan of the quality and affordability of CT's shirts.
Should I just avoid Charles Tyrwhitt shirts altogether since all the shirts on their website are either french or single cuffs? Would single cuffs with relatively less ostentatious cuff links be okay as an SA at a business casual bank?
