Senior in College making money
Senior in college going to banking FT, how do I make money without working for income? Invested in market ETFs, don't want to day trade or gamble. Was thinking about using my signing bonus for a FHA loan to buy some real estate but I'm not sure, have any ideas?

Only way to make money without working is passive income that usually requires a lot of capital. Not sure what kind of real estate you're planning to get with a signing bonus down, but that'll be a headache to manage when you start working and you'll have money tied up.
