Shared Wisdom
Many of us, given the chance to do college all over again, would have done at least one thing differently. Unfortunately we cannot have a do-over, but what we can do is pass our wisdom down to future generations in the hopes that they don't have to learn everything the hard way.
Given the chance:
- Would you have chosen a different college?
- Would you have chosen a different major?
- Would you have studied harder?
- Would you have partied harder, or done more extracurriculars?
- Would you have gotten more involved?
- Would you have prepped more for your interviews?
- Would you have explored more post-grad options?
- Would you have looked at college in an entirely different manner?

Would have partied smarter and utilized the resources at my school more. But I didn't and still did alright for myself. Just try not to over-think things. I always wondered how the target kids were able to crank out work without having a life. I'm mostly able to do that if there's money to be made but not solely for future earnings potential. Just seems unwise
Learn to code better, learn more languages, travel on school's dime. Would go to Stanford not HYP.
Would have gone to a top target or any other ivy and pursued math as my major.
given that i posted the topic i might as well chime in. i would not have chosen a different college--although i definitely would've chosen the best college i got into without hesitating. i wouldnt have studied any harder. i definitely would have gotten more involved, seeing college as an opportunity to accumulate experiences rather than credits--although i did do this better than most of my peers, i think i could have stressed a bit less about grades and focused more on the experience. at the end of the day i also would have stressed less about choosing my major... did this way too much and in the end it didnt matter
