Transfer after freshman year

Until about three weeks ago, I didn't know anything about the world of consulting/ib/pe or the importance of going to a target school. I started watching House of Lies, and did some research on consulting, found wso and I've been absorbing everyone's expertise on these topics since. In high school I really slacked compared to almost everyone else here. My uwgpa was 3.3 and my wgpa was 4.2. I didn't put much effort into my classes, or my act/sat prep. I got a 25 on the ACT and a 1740SAT. I only took each once and I'm sure I could raise each, but some people say you shouldn't take them again and some people say that you should. Any advice with this would be appreciated. I am going to be a freshman at Ohio State in a couple of weeks, and I want to transfer into a target after this year. I am mainly interested in consulting (think MBB), but I would be open to pe/vc. Assuming I get 3.8+ gpa this year, solid extracurriculars, excellent prof recommendations and essays, can you guys rate my chances of getting accepted? I know that it is unlikely for me to get accepted at some of the schools I've listed, but please help me out. If it helps, I am a black male.

Also how often do you think I should visit my professors office hours? Any other career advice would be appreciated. Thanks to everyone who posts. Also if you have any school suggestions that would be great too, thanks.

I'm thinking about: Michigan, UVA, UCBerkeley, Vandy, UT, Cornell, Brown, Georgetown, Dartmouth, Northwestern, and Duke.

Actually, if you do get a 3.8+ GPA and have decent ECs you have a solid chance of getting in to one of those schools you mentioned. You need to work your ass off (significantly harder than you did in high school) if you want to get into a target, but you are fully capable of doing it.
