The TN visa is not mentioned, and was never on the table. Since there is no real legislation around H1B visas, Trump can easily strike it down with an executive order. This order also lasts only till the end of the year, so really seems like an election stunt more than anything.

The TN visa, however, is entrenched in the NAFTA/USMCA treaty, and can't just be tossed out on a whim. So to answer your question, the TN is untouched. Us Canadians are safe, for the time being.
