Weightlifting as a SA?
I'm going to be a SA in S&T this summer in NY. I'm wondering how other people have structured their workouts in the past to make it work with their schedules and what I can expect. For reference, I'm used to 3 hour sessions at school of high intensity/moderate volume Olympic Weightlifting/Powerlifting hybrid program. Obviously this isn't going to cut it during the summer, so I'm hoping for any insight anyone has. I realize I probably won't make too many gains this summer so I hope to at least maintain technical proficiency and strength.
Also, if anyone has any good gym recommendations in the Midtown area that'd be great. All I look for is a platform and bumper plates for dropping weights, and ideally in the lower price range. Thanks!
pachimp1, pure crickets, that's where I come in. Any of these useful?
