Congrats on UBS RELL. Just like everyone else who's ever worked at UBS RELL, you are screwed. You don't even get the "deal experience" of LevFin deals or praying you get M&A "deal experience" from some sponsor's deal because UBS LevFin isn't even good in RELL.

Would hang around until your next bonus then ask around your network if their banks are hiring for lateral opportunities (many are). Ignore the official job postings, the best way to get in is through a referral. It’s not as difficult as you think if someone makes a connection for you.
