I'm in private banking and we had the day off because markets were closed... but most of the analysts still came in around 2ish and we will leave around 6-7. Just prepping some things for the short week.

But waking up at noon, coming in at 2 and leaving at 6 or 7 still feels like a holiday compared to a normal Monday.

I would agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.

West coast IBD: currently at home after eating 30 bucks worth of pancakes this morning. Got an e-mail, but will probably just go in an hour or so early tomorrow instead of doing anything today.

I did a few hours of work from home yesterday, but it's more a function of what deals are on and need attention rather than a function of what public holiday it is.

Those who can, do. Those who can't, post threads about how to do it on WSO.
