WTF do I do for the next year before FT?

Starting FT next year in July and will be graduating this December. I decided to stay home for the semester (long story short I’m a 6th year and didn’t want to go back to campus for another year). None of my friends are here anymore and there isn’t much to do. Any advice on what to do for the next year? I plan on doing some trips but I’m already super bored. I considered buying the Xbox series x just for the next year but not sure if that fun would last or if I should waste money on that. Appreciate the help.

I need more details my friend. Already planned for some trips and there isn’t much exploring in my area (lived here for the past 17 years). I have a 3 week trip planned for October to Boston and maybe do some sort of backpacking in the spring but there is going to be a bunch of dead time between everything else.

Since you have no friends nearby, I would focus on personal development in the fall. Then in the spring book some big trips since everything should be open. You could start with a ski trip in the winter. Then go international for late spring/summer. Yacht week in greece/croatia looks sick. Start planning your trips now so that your friends can take time off if needed.

Some ideas for the fall:

1) Get shredded. I'm serious. Get in the best shape of your life and then you'll just be on maintenance mode in the Spring/when you hit the desk.

2) Think about hobbies/things that interest you and spend as much time as possible on them. Golf, ski in the winter, read books, learn a language, play an instrument, fish, hunt, surf, learn a new skill (coding, sailing, cooking, building something tangible or something else that you've thought about trying? Just throwing random stuff out), build an ecomm biz. Idk, find something real (not video games) and get after it.

3) Try to minimize your time on social media, netflix, video games. I think it's one thing to hop on COD with the boys for an hour a couple times a week so that you guys can catch up and shoot the shit, but don't let it take up most of your time everyday
