What's it like at a top Marketing Firm?

After a few years in banking, I've confirmed my professional interests are elsewhere and now trying to decide what the eventual next steps may be. While many resent the PowerPoint side of banking, I actually prefer it over Excel. I've always had a passion for design and visual presentation, so I'm wondering for those who have experience in marketing or insight into the top firms, what's it like and how would you compare it to banking at the junior level? Is my rationale for preferring the visual side more indictive of marketing?
