2025 Infra PE Compensation Check
Anyone have updated figures (base + bonus) for the large cap infra funds (GIP/Stonepeak/ISquared/MF infra arms) out there? Seems like comp is harder to find than corporate PE.
MF Infra
Base: 140k
Bonus: 280k
Total: 420k
Kudos to you - is this Associate 2-3?
would that base not be low for Aso 2-3? for ref, ISQ pays 110 base for 1st year analyst

is it GIP or SP? Feel like BX and KKR are cheapos. Any comment on hours / "lifestyle"?
They pay you in prestige though, can't beat that
