2027 On Cycle Momentum...
Starting to all sudden get inbounds from headhunters asking for intro chats when things were silent before .. what are the odds that on-cycle kicks off in December? Anyone else noticing similar things going on? Really hoping this kicks off in Q1 '26.

Can someone who has been through the on-cycle process confirm if this is a normal uptick in activity in the weeks leading up to kick-off or if we should be ready to go pretty soon?
